Ricky Pickett has been with our Dallas store since its inception in July of 2010. Ricky brings with him a willingness to provide each customer with the best car buying experience they have ever had. “the Customer Experience is my number one goal” states Ricky. Before joining Fleet Direct, Ricky spent over nine years with Manheim auctions in various management roles with his last 3 years concentrating on National Accounts and the experience they enjoyed at his auction facility. Before joining Manheim in 2000, Ricky also played 10 years of professional baseball with various teams. Ricky likes to spend his spare time with his two beautiful daughters coaching or watching them in their active sports lives.
